Conference rooms
Our hotel is ideal for organizing events such as work training, presentations, workshops, language courses etc. We have several rooms of different sizes:
- The conference room in the main building with a capacity up to 90 seats (can be divided into two rooms with a capacity of 20 and 70 seats)
- The hotel restaurant in the main building with a capacity of 70 seats
- The hall in building Javořina 1 with a capacity of 40 seats
- The hall in building Javořina 2 with a capacity of 25 seats
The rooms are equipped with a data projector, projection screen, flip chart, wi-fi connection, sound system and microphone.

We have organized several events at Hotel Bauer for both the Regional Council staff and for
example, all Directors Regional Councils meeting in the Czech Republic. These were team building
educational events or workgroups. The cooperation was always at a perfect level, the
accommodation is very spacious, tasteful and clean, the preparation of catering was also at a high
level, everything according to agreement, the staff was always friendly and helpful. Separate
chapters of dining, where the choice of meals was above standard, and the menu was just a
demonstration of the quality of the chef. Hotel Bauer’s staff have always been willing to
accommodate us with non-standard requests regarding the opening hours and other services offered
by the hotel. My colleagues also appreciated the Wellness Center, where they could regenerate after
a day-long business meeting or walking tour. The funds spent for accommodation and catering
services to this date have exceeded CZK 150,000.

The hotel is suitable for corporate events as well as for families with children. There is a wide
choice of sports for both adults and children in the winter and summer. There are many cycling
trails in the beautiful surroundings of the Beskyd Mountains. Close to the hotel there are many
bicycle rentals. In the summer there is an option of BBQ on the terrace by the hotel. We were all
very satisfied and we are looking forward to come back.

The weekend stay of our company SPEDOS event at the Bauer Hotel in Bílá took place as
expected. In January 2016, SPEDOS celebrated its 25th anniversary with its clients. We appreciate
the beautiful environment of the renovated hotel. We evaluate our overall impression #1. Clean and
nice rooms, standard and cozy furnishings. Our clients complimented the whole stay and generally
all activities of the event, including the best skiing in the Beskydy Mountains. The whole
experience of the event was very good and we already know it was not our last event in this hotel.

Team-building
Corporate events can ideally be linked with leisure activities. In the winter, it is mainly skiing. Also, we can organize downhill skiing competitions on a specially built track upon request. Beginners can learn how to ski at our ski school, and of course we rent all the necessary equipment. Also, there is an ice arena 200 meters from the hotel where you can play a company hockey match or just enjoy some ice skating.
In the summer, Bílá offers plenty of cycling routes, newly built rail tracks on special bikes (a lift takes you up), and scooter races. A tennis court and a multipurpose playground are also on site. We can also arrange a sommelier evening, an outdoor barbecue on the terrace (in case of good weather), and we offer people interested to catch trout from our pond.
Corporate events with programs
We are able to prepare an organized program for your corporate event during your stay at Hotel Bauer in cooperation with professionals from Andra training, s.r.o. Whether it’s a party, a reward for your employees, partners or customers, or a team-building event, we’ll always have something to offer.
We only need to know the number of participants, time options and the goals of the event. With our partner, Andra training, we can do everything else. All you have to do is then approve to the offered program, catering etc.
Team and communication activities
A program that consists of several different activities that are focused on team collaboration and communication in a fun way. At the start of the program, we divide the participants into teams so that each team has approximately 8 people. The number of prepared stations then corresponds to the number of teams. Each team starts at a different station where they spend 30-40 minutes after which they move to the next station. In this way, the entire program will run until the teams have completed all the stations.
Activities are always chosen to be of a different nature so that each participant finds something of interest and contributes to the teams success. In case of interest, these types of programs are suitable for supplementing feedback with a coach specializing in team development. In that case, the coach will discuss everything with you from the very beginning to identify your needs.
Experemential activities
The principles are the same as the previous points, but the program consists of activities with an emphasis on a fun adrenalin experience. It is also possible to combine these programs and choose both experiential and communication activities. We can arrange a variety of adrenaline activities, such as a 150-meter lift, where participants can go downhill on the slopes on a pulley, archery, cycling, scuba diving, table football and much more.

Beer or Wine Roulette
Degustace speciálních vzorků piva spojená s výkladem a se špetkou hazardu. Opravdová večírková varianta rulety, která pobaví nejen pivaře, ale i ty, co běžně dávají přednost vínu. Účastníci se během programu setkají s různými pivními speciály vyrobenými v Evropě i ve Světě, dozví se zajímavé informace o výrobě a vlastnostech piv a vše bude doprovázet hazard v podobě sázení. Poznáte, kolik procent alkoholu má degustovaný vzorek? Odkud pochází, jak je kvašený? Jestli to náhodou není speciál vyrobený mnichy, případně jestli jsme si z Vás jen nevystřelili a nepodsunuli mezi vzorky Birell? Vinná ruleta probíhá podobným způsobem. Je však přizpůsobená vlastnostem vína a jeho výroby.
Casino Las Andras a variants
Stěžejní hra Ruleta doplněná dle počtu účastníků o další hazardní hry jako Black Jack, Poker, Craps a další. V závěru probíhá za utržené peníze dražba o nejvtipnější směnky, na které se účastníci upisovali v případě, že přišli o všechny své peníze.
Medieval Casino
Středověku uzpůsobená varianta casina, která zaujme. Krupiéři jsou oblečeni v dobových kostýmech, ruleta je na jelení kůži, místo bankovek jsou dřevěné mince. V závěrečné dražbě jsou mimo směnky také historické předměty jako lahve medoviny, kožené měchy, kravské rohy na pití apod.
Titanic
Večírek, který může začít již brzy odpoledne. Účastníci si nejprve musí obstarat palubní lístek. Jaký lístek kdo bude mít určí, do jaké společenské vrstvy patří a jak bude jeho plavba probíhat. V rámci sociálních vrstev je možné pohybovat se skrze sňatky, či pomocí v lodním casinu rozmnožených peněz. Jako tradičně i zde se podepisují vtipné scénky a následně se draží.
Mexican Party
Poncha, sombrera, degustace nejkvalitnějších tequill s výkladem o nich, ochutnávka doutníků, soutěž v pojídání chilli papriček, zábavné aktivity, poslech mexické i taneční muziky. To vše čeká na účastníky tohoto večírku.Tento večerní program nám přináší opravdu nepřeberné množství možností, jak účastníky zaujmout. Doprovázet nás může například i pravá mexická kapela a další doprovodný program lze zařadit. Opravdovým lákadlem je však ochutnávka kvalitních tequil s výkladem.

Social evening ``Golden time``
Vernisáž s fotografiemi všech účastníků z dob, kdy ještě byli předškoláky, školáky a studenty. Během programu proběhne soutěž o to, kdo pozná nejvíce svých kolegů. Promítané fotografie budou doprovázené dobovou hudbou, která Vám určitě napoví. Tato hra však předpokládá od každého účastníka zaslání několika fotografií z dětství, a to alespoň týden před samotnou akcí, na naši emailovou adresu. Odměnou pak bude nejen poznání ostatních kolegů, ale hlavně velká porce zábavy.Tento večerní program nám přináší opravdu nepřeberné množství možností, jak účastníky zaujmout. Mnoho outdoorového materiálu, mnoho techniky, spousta úkolů, které je třeba splnit. Výborná strategie a rozdělení rolí, bez kterých se v závodě v žádném případě neobejdete. Tento program lze využít nejen jako navazující k dopoledním teambuildingovým aktivitám, lze jej připravit také pro účely samostatně stojící firemní akce.Tento večerní program nám přináší opravdu nepřeberné množství možností, jak účastníky zaujmout. Tento program staví na principech geocachingu, ale přesto může být přizpůsobena firemním skupinám tak, aby obsahoval nutnost strategického myšlení a kladl důraz na týmovou spolupráci. Nehledáte totiž pouze statické cachky jako v ``civilní`` verzi. Celý program spočívá v přesunování celého týmu za pomocí GPS přístrojů, v plnění dodatečných úkolů případně v dražbě materiálu, který může celý průběh značně usnadnit.V zásobě budeme mít ty běžně dostupné i opravdové lahůdky. Hours of Eternal time
Teambuildingový program, který je nejčastěji doprovázen příběhem z 2. světové války, Vás na začátku dostane v malé skupince na předem neznámé místo. Budete muset tvrdě pracovat na tom, abyste se dokázali spojit s dalšími členy expedice, kteří mají doplňující střípky informací a materiálu potřebného k rozřešení příběhu a vyřešení týmového úkolu.
TopGear
Zábavný kreativní program, při kterém mají týmy za úkol nejdříve sestrojit nejnovější závodní speciál v životní velikosti a poté s ním projít sérii bláznivých testů ve stylu TopGear. Každý tým získá základní stavební materiál i podrobné plány pro stavbu vozu a jeho úkolem je přetvořit hromadu kartonů do jedinečného závodního speciálu. Tím se rozumí nejen výroba a sestavení všech dílů, ale také vytvoření originálních prvků.
Comics
Originální flexibilní program, který může podpořit téma konference nebo firemního setkání a ve výsledku doplnit vlastní firemní materiály nebo ozdobit společné prostory. Tento program výborně propojuje zábavu s kreativitou, podpoří neformální komunikaci mezi zaměstnanci a současně umožňuje umístit výsledné dílo do společných firemních prostor. Kombinace „živých obrazů“ s komiksovými bublinami, které tvoří vlastní strip (krátký komiksový příběh) na 5-6 panelů. Ten je nafocen přítomným fotografem. Výsledný produkt je možné vytisknout na plakát, vydat ve fotoknize či elektronicky.
Diving
Na Vaši firemní akci také můžeme zařadit potápění v bazéně, nebo ve vhodné outdoorové lokalitě. Seznámíte se se základy potápění s přístrojem. Za asistence instruktora si poprvé sestrojíte výstroj a pomalu se ponoříte. Ve vodě strávíte dle typu programu 5 - 30 minut, což je dost dlouhá doba, abyste si potápění vyzkoušeli a zjistili, jak reaguje Vaše tělo na úplně nové prostředí. Tuto aktivitu lze také kombinovat s jednoduchými podvodními hrami, účastníci mohou řešit šifry na dně bazénu apod.
